My work weaves somatic education, breathwork, gentle movement, expressive arts therapy (in training), and trauma-informed nervous system support to help you return to your body, your clarity, and your truth.
This is a space to soften, ground, and come back to yourself.

This work is gentle, transformative, and deeply human.
You are welcome to bring in creative elements — writing, drawing, movement, imagery, metaphor — to help your inner world express what words cannot.
This process is always optional, invitational, and guided. You do not need any artistic skill — only curiosity.
